This cost is usually itemized per sheet of plywood or linear foot and is an industry-standard contingency, as the decking's true condition is only revealed during demolition. .1. Scheduling Your Estimate Provider: This service is offered by Jose Roofing Repairs. Appointment Type: This is an Appointment for an on-site, in-person roofing estimate. Duration: The estimated duration is 1 hour. Please ensure a decision-maker is present. Location: All estimates are conducted at the Client's Place. Service Area & Free Estimate Eligibility: Jose Roofing Repairs primarily serves Santa Clarita and surrounding areas, as well as the Antelope Valley, including but not limited to Palmdale, Lancaster, Mojave, Quartz Hill, and all surrounding areas. This service does not include all areas. Please check if your location is within our service area for a free estimate before booking or call us directly. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee or restriction on future bookings. No-Show Policy: If our staff arrives and the client is not present/accessible, it is a No-Show. Two No-Shows may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. 3. Preparation for Your Estimate Access: The client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property (exterior and relevant interior areas like the attic). Weather: Estimates are subject to weather conditions. We will contact you to reschedule in the event of heavy rain, snow, or high winds for safety and inspection accuracy.
