Cancellation Policy

Scope of Work Our service is for localized repairs only (e.g., leaks, damaged shingles), not full roof replacements. A non-invasive diagnostic inspection identifies the issue and forms the basis of our written proposal, which details the exact scope, materials, and total cost. We cannot guarantee the condition of unexposed underlying structures. II. Agreement & Payment The signed proposal is the complete Service Agreement. A deposit of [35% or a flat service fee] is required to schedule work, with the final balance due immediately upon completion. If unforeseen damage is found, work stops until a written Change Order detailing extra costs is approved by you. III. Warranty & Liability We provide a [ 1-Year] Workmanship Warranty on the repaired area only. Warranty Exclusions: New leaks in other areas, damage from severe weather (e.g., high winds, hail), lack of maintenance, pre-existing structural issues, or third-party alterations. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for interior property damage that exists before our repair or that results from causes excluded by this warranty. IV. Job Site & Scheduling Scheduling is weather-dependent; we will notify you promptly of any delays. The customer is responsible for providing clear site access and moving personal items (vehicles, furniture) from the work perimeter. We perform a full site clean-up and magnetic sweep upon completion. Customer Acceptance: By authorizing work, the customer agrees to these terms.
