Cancellation Policy

I. Annual Service Fee: The total annual cost is $850.00 for one (1) full-service visit. II. Service/Maintenance Policy: RAPS is a single-visit annual service performed within 30 days of contract start. Services: Full Roof Inspection, Minor Debris Removal, Minor Sealing (up to 5 linear feet; materials included), and Visual Gutter Check. Deliverables: Detailed digital report with photos and a Free, Written Estimate for major work. III. Payment Plan Options: Client selects one option: Option Down Payment Total Cost A: Annual Pre-Pay $807.50 lump sum 5% Discount B: Quarterly Installments $212.50 (4 payments of $212.50) $850.00 C: Monthly Installments $70.83 (12 payments of $70.83) $850.00 IV. Payment Terms: Initial Payment: Required to schedule the service. Late Fees (B/C): Payments ≥15 days late incur a $25.00 fee. ≥30 days late results in suspension of benefits/breach of contract. CA Compliance: Contractor adheres to all California regulations regarding progress payments and lien releases. V. Cancellation Policy: Before Service: $150.00 administrative/scheduling fee is charged; remainder of initial payment (if any) is refunded. After Service: Client is immediately obligated to pay the Full $850.00 Annual Price (less payments made). VI. Right to Rescission (CA Law): Client may cancel without penalty within three (3) business days of signing, provided the service has not yet commenced. Written notice is required. VII. Exclusions and Warranty: Exclusions: Excludes structural repairs, full roof replacement, interior damage, and repair of damages caused by a "Covered Peril" (insurance claim required). Warranty: No full roof warranty. Minor sealing carries a 90−day workmanship warranty on the specific repaired area only. VIII. Governing Law and Disputes: Governed by the State of California. Disputes proceed through written negotiation, then mandatory, binding arbitration.
