Within 3 hours of purchasing the service, our emergency crew will arrive at your location to commence the work. Policy Element, Description of Terms and Conditions I. Nature of Service (Temporary), This service is strictly a temporary emergency mitigation measure. It is designed to prevent further damage from immediate weather exposure. It is NOT a permanent repair and does not replace the need for professional roofing restoration. The client acknowledges that they must seek permanent repairs promptly. II. Base Service Cost, "The standard fee for the Emergency Tarping Service is a flat rate of $750.00. This base rate includes the mobilization of the crew, standard materials, and professional installation covering up to 400 square feet (sq ft) of roof area." III. Response Time Guarantee, "Service begins within 3 hours of purchase. The moment the deposit is processed, the dispatch clock starts. We guarantee our crew will arrive on-site to begin assessment and installation within 3 hours of the transaction timestamp." IV. Required Deposit, "A mandatory, non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required upfront. This payment constitutes the ""purchase"" of the service slot and triggers immediate dispatch. It covers fuel, labor allocation, and administrative costs. This amount is credited toward the final bill." V. Overage Rates (Size), Any coverage area exceeding 400 sq ft will be billed at an additional variable rate. This overage rate ranges from $1.80 to $2.50 per extra sq ft. The specific rate is determined by the difficulty of the roof and the steepness (pitch) of the installation area. VI. Additional Materials, "While the base rate covers standard tarping, additional charges may apply if Material Upgrades are needed (e.g., specific non-standard structural lumber or plywood required to frame a large opening before tarping can be applied)." VII. Final Payment; Upon completion, the total cost (Base Rate + Overage + Materials) will be calculated. The $300.00 deposit previously paid will be deducted from this total. The client is responsible for paying the remaining balance immediately upon job completion."
