2. DEPOSIT & DISPATCH You pay the $300 Mobile Deposit securely online or over the phone.

This triggers the alarm. Our crew is immediately notified.
The 3-Hour Clock Starts: We guarantee arrival within 3 hours to secure your home.
Risk-Free: You have 45 minutes to cancel for a full refund if you change your mind.

3. ARRIVAL & ASSESSMENT Our "First Responder" crew arrives.

We assess the damage and safety conditions.
We document the scene with photos for your insurance claim.
If the roof is safe to climb, we begin work immediately. If weather is deadly (lightning/high wind), we stage materials and secure the property from the ground until safe.

4. THE SURGICAL STRIKE (INSTALLATION) We install our Industrial Weatherproof System.

We cover up to 400 sq. ft. (included in the base price).
If the damage is larger or extremely steep, the Foreman calculates the overage ($1.50 – $3.50 per sq. ft.) and informs you immediately.
We divert water away from the hole and secure the tarp against wind.

5. PEACE OF MIND Once the water stops entering your home, we provide a Completion Report.

The $300 deposit is credited toward your final $750 invoice.
You receive a "Mitigation Receipt" to submit to your insurance adjuster, proving you took action to save the home.

To the Property Owner: Please read and understand the limitations of the Emergency Tarping Service provided by Jose Roofing Repairs.

1. THIS IS A "BAND-AID," NOT A SURGERY The Emergency Tarping Service is a temporary mitigation measure designed solely to stop active water intrusion during a crisis.

It is NOT a permanent roof repair.
It is NOT a substitute for replacing damaged shingles, decking, or flashing.
It is designed to hold specifically for a maximum of 90 Days.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you must arrange for a permanent repair contractor or insurance adjuster to inspect the roof within the next 30–60 days. Jose Roofing Repairs is not responsible for leaks that re-occur after the 90-day lifespan of the tarp.

3. NO WARRANTY ON EXISTING STRUCTURE We are installing a surface-level barrier. We are not repairing the structural integrity of the wood underneath.

Jose Roofing Repairs is NOT liable for:
- Interior water damage that happened before we arrived.
- Mold growth resulting from trapped moisture inside the walls/attic.
- Structural failure due to rotted wood decking.

4. STORM FORCE MAJEURE While our installation is industrial-grade and wind-resistant, extreme weather events (Category Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Winds >60mph) may displace even the best-installed tarps. We guarantee the installation quality, but we cannot guarantee the tarp against "Acts of God."
